With the exhibition “Paris, mon humour” and a special concert by Cuban singer Ivette Cepeda, the 8th edition of the French Culture Month in Cuba opened on Friday until May 31.
The exhibition “Paris, mon humour,” curated by the famous Cuban cartoonist Ares, will present 35 works by cartoonists and designers on sports and the Olympic Games, welcoming the imminent holding of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
A concert by singer Ivette Cepeda will take place at the Alliance Française branch on Prado Street at 19:30 hours, local time.
The Cuban capital is the main venue for this event, but other activities will be held in eastern Santiago de Cuba province.
This edition of the French Culture Month in Cuba consists of a broad program of exhibitions, literary and sports lectures, concerts, films and television shows, and many other options for the public’s enjoyment.
